One of the top threats to a meaningful internship is unnoticed work, according to a recent article from Let’s Intern. This, along with assignments of trivial work and inadequate compensation, gives young talent a fear of getting stuck with a subpar internship and a long, dreadful summer. The Garrett Internship Program (we call it GIP) pokes holes in all the common “summer intern” stereotypes and extends an experience that shapes resumes, careers, and lives.
