When we asked Matt about his expectations when he began his career, he told us, “Coming into the PE role, I felt like this was a great opportunity for career growth Along with learning a different industry and taking on new challenges. TGC was able with to deliver on these expectations along with providing an innovative and progressive culture.” A little over two years later, he transitioned to the role of Project Manager. Matt Supports the team to carry our construction projects from conception to completion through budgeting, planning, and scheduling. Additionally, he oversees financial monitoring and ensures a strong communication flow between field personnel, subcontractors, material suppliers, and municipalities. He has his Hands in every aspect of our construction operations and works to help everything run smoothly and efficiently. When he isn’t in the office, Matt enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children.
