Jon Badger

Jon Badger is the Director of Safety. Jon received his degree in Safety and Risk Management from Indiana State University with a minor in Construction Management. Jon began career in Construction with the Traylor Bros., a heavy civil construction company that builds bridges, tunnels, lock & dams, and shipping piers. He held positions in Safety and Risk Management for Wilhelm Construction, Thompson Thrift, and Ryan Fire Protection. In Jon’s role with The Garrett Companies, he enjoys having the opportunity to be involved with every project and field construction team, as well as interacting with both the development and residential arms of the company. In his “free time”, Jon enjoys spending time with his three children and attending their sporting events. In his actual free time, Jon likes playing golf, hunting, and watching IndyCar racing.
