This is Jacob! He provides a broad range of responsibilities as Director of Design Management. They consist of financial overview of projects, providing and maintaining project scheduling, subcontractor vetting, contract drafting, and contract negotiation. Jacob diligently works alongside the project team to ensure the success of each project and each of his team members.
