Number One Employer in the State of Indiana

The Garrett Companies has earned the top spot on the 2022 ‘Great Employers to Work For in Indiana’ list in the medium (50-249 employees) category, as surveyed by the Best Companies Group. Employees participating in the survey responded that the leadership “treat people like people,” encourage creativity, and reward results. Best Companies Group named 26 companies to the inaugural list of Great Employers to Work for in Indiana. Honorees were selected based on responses from detailed, anonymous employee surveys, as well as analysis of company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. According to the feedback, employees are supported in growing and pursuing their workplace passions and talents.
