Welcome to Todd Ellwanger’s profile! Todd works as a Project Manager for Garrett Construction. Born in California, Todd now resides in Indianapolis. Todd has two boys and a goldendoodle named Rudy. Todd hasn’t always been in the real estate construction industry. Having graduated from San Francisco State University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Todd spent 13 years in the healthcare field. Three years in surgery, 2 years in sports rehabilitation, and 9 years in tissue transplantation (with some overlap). After finishing up that career, Todd spent time as a business owner, doing custom woodwork for furniture and cabinetry and remodeling basements, kitchens, and bathrooms. Todd later decided to change fields once more and go into the Project Management field. With five years of project management under his belt, Todd found his way to The Garrett Co. Todd enjoys spending time with his boys, woodworking, remodeling, and golfing.
