As Paralegal, Sydnee develops, implements and manages organizational systems and processes for all real estate transactions. Sydnee drafts and tracks all initial purchase agreements, corporate documents, closing checklists, critical timelines and transactional related items. Sydnee is a key team member responsible for communications and reporting between the Legal, Development and Investments Teams.
