Sierra Hughes

Sierra joined the Preconstruction team at The Garrett Companies in 2019. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2015, where she majored in Construction Management. Her passion for multifamily residential housing begun shortly after graduation when she moved to San Francisco. She helped to build apartment complexes all over the Bay Area while working for one of the largest electrical contracting companies in the nation. After spending a few years in California, Sierra decided to move back to the Midwest to be closer to family, which is when her career at TGC began. As Preconstruction Manager, Sierra creates and manages project budgets and oversees the bidding process. Away from the office, Sierra is a new mom, who enjoys hanging out with her large and crazy family, tackles (probably one too many) renovation projects in her house and loves to snuggle her two dogs.
