Stephanie Fuentes

Meet Stephanie Fuentes, Development Manager currently residing in Littleton, CO. She grew up in Arvada, CO and holds her bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Stephanie and her husband, Joe have twin boys, Alex & Jacob. They also live with their two dogs named Bronco & Bella and care full time for her Grandma Bertha. Prior to joining TGC, she worked for a small commercial real estate firm for over 18 years, starting as an Executive Assistant and eventually moved to the Development side. Stephanie has extensive background experience in site scouting, submitting & negotiating LOI's, entitlements, and lease negotiations. Stephanie now tackles some of TGC’s most complex development projects, and in 2022 was presented with the New Hire of the Year award. When she’s not on the job, she’s staying busy cheering on her boys with their sports or instruments, or cheering on the Buffs in college football. She also loves to read; you will rarely catch Stephanie watching TV.
