Spencer Cooper

Meet Spencer Cooper! Spencer is a Preconstruction Manager for The Garrett Companies. Spencer was born and raised in Indiana, and now lives in Noblesville. He graduated from Ball State with his degree in Construction Management. Prior to being at TGC, Spencer worked for. Wilhelm Construction as a Project Engineer and then as a Construction Manager for the City of Noblesville Engineering Department. In his free time, Spencer enjoys working out, spending time outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
