Sierra Hughes

This is Sierra Hughes, our Preconstruction Manager! Sierra joined The Garrett Companies in 2019. Sierra graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2015 where she majored in Construction Management. Upon graduation, Sierra moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where she worked for one of the largest electrical contracting companies in the nation, where her project focus was in multifamily residential housing. As Preconstruction Manager, Sierra oversees procurement of subcontractors for her assigned projects and acts as the primary point of contact throughout the entire bid phase of a project. Away from the office, Sierra is a proud dog mom, who enjoys tackling new renovation projects for her house, hanging out with her large and crazy family, and she also loves to read.
