Rachel Kriech

This is Rachel Kriech, our Director of Development for The Garrett Companies, Rachel is passionate about the impact that development can have on a community. With each project, she is responsible for due diligence, entitlement process management, site and building design, permitting, and oversight during the course of construction. Rachel prides herself on her work ethic and high attention to detail in order to deliver a successful project that is both on time and on budget. Prior to joining The Garrett Companies, Rachel was a Development Manager for the largest skilled nursing development company in the nation. She was directly responsible for a project pipeline exceeding $100 million focusing on short-term stay rehabilitation properties. Before her career in real estate development, Rachel was a sales manager for one of the largest licensed apparel brands in the world.
