Meet Michael Paggen, the Community Manager at Livery Modern Apartments. Originally from Minnetonka, Minnesota, Michael now resides in St. Cloud with his wife, Sonia, and son, Nicholas. He brings an abundance of managerial & leadership experience to our team. In his personal time, Michael enjoys traveling and considers himself an avid cyclist.
