Meghann Conklin

Meet Meghann Conklin, Construction Project Engineer! She joined The Garrett Companies in 2019 as a Project Engineer. She has a BS in Construction Management from Indiana State University and is OSHA 30 and Procore Certified. With 15 years’ experience on the financial and contract/compliance side, Meghann decided in 2016 to move into understanding the full circle of project management by stepping into field experience, scheduling, pre-construction, architectural/structural design, and a deep dive into construction materials, methods, and equipment. She joined The Garrett Companies in 2019 and is responsible for budget oversight and ensuring financial feasibility of a project. She prepares contracts, CO’s, and exhibits per project specifications by studying drawings, product design, customer requirements, and performance standards. Meghann acts as main point of contact in the Owner, Project Manager, Architect/Engineer, Subcontractor relationship. Meghann loves playing pool, reading, and watching The Golden Girls. Meghann, along with her children serves as a volunteer in her local community. At The Garrett Companies, Meghann recently implemented a holiday gift donation drive for families in need and is taking an active role in the company’s philanthropic initiatives.
