Assistant Construction Controller
As Construction Accountant, Jenny Williams assists the Controller in executing all matters relating to the administrative and accounting functions of Garrett Construction. Her responsibility primarily holds her accountable for monitoring the progress of projects, investigate variances, collect expenses, and ensure that project billings are collected and analyzed for accurateness. Other duties include assisting the Project Manager and Project Engineer prepare subcontracts, study job cost reports, and prepare monthly billings to the lender. She worked for 3 years at Eli Lilly Federal Credit Union as a loan officer until she had her children. After 8 years of staying at home with her children, she went to work as an assistant at Center Grove Elementary School. Following this opportunity, Jenny worked as an Office Manager for a Custom Home Builder Matt Beecher Builders.
