Aaron Kitch

As Acquisitions Manager with The Garrett Companies, Aaron’s responsibilities include managing site selection, site due diligence, market analysis, financial underwriting and reporting, and entitlement review for proposed new acquisitions. Aaron is an alumni of Purdue University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction Management and Georgetown University with a Masters in Real Estate Development.
