The Restaurant Group has been busy!
This past week, our I.C. Brewhouse locations hosted a two-night Memorial Give Back Event in honor of Matthew Griffin. Chief Operating Officer of The Garrett Companies from 2014 to 2023, Matt served alongside Eric Garrett since the inception of The Garrett Companies.
With the help of our newly promoted I.C. Brewhouse leaders Tiffany Letzo (Director of Restaurant Operations) & Max Janyszek (Director of Culinary Operations), our Centennial and Castle Rock restaurant sites pledged to donate 25% of all event proceeds to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. A great success, the restaurants combined to raise more than $1,000 for this tremendous cause. Congratulations to you both on a wonderful accomplishment and a well-deserved promotion.
