Echo Park at Perry Crossing named Indiana Apartment Association Community of the Year

Andrew Kreps, Multi-site Service Manager of 670 units in Plainfield, IN was awarded the Alberto Covarrubias Maintenance Supervisor of the Year Award at the Midwest Multifamily Conference presented by the Indiana Apartment Association. At the Prodigy Awards Banquet held at the JW Marriott on October 12th in Indianapolis, Echo Park at Perry Crossing was also awarded Community of the Year (2-5 years in age category). These awards would not be possible without the relentless pursuit of excellence that is embraced by Andrew and his teammates at Garrett Residential. Echo Park at Perry Crossing and Apex at Perry Crossing in Plainfield, IN were developed and are owned by Sila Captial, LLC and are operated by Garrett Residential. Sila Capital contracted with Garrett Residential in October 2020 to take over operations of 374-unit Echo Park at Perry Crossing. The fruitful partnership between two forward-thinking companies has led to design (landscape, interior, and branding) partnerships and a management agreement for Apex at Perry Crossing, currently under construction and slated to welcome its first residents later this year. The two prestigious awards earned are a source of pride for The Garrett Companies and Sila Capital and will certainly be followed with more accolades in the years to come.
